Excellent. All staff listen to concerns and acted upon them. Additional medication as needed, consultants came to talk to us bed side they were supported and clear about next steps in process.

In 4 chemo treatments only one has been without delay. This impacts heavily on car parking costs at the hospital it is an extra charge on being ill.
